Rocket Fuel

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Midi (Blanco or Reposado, according to your preference)
• 1 oz coffee liqueur
• 1 oz freshly brewed and cooled espresso
• 1/2 oz maple syrup
• Ice cubes

Instructions

Prepare fresh espresso and let it cool to room temperature.

In a shaker, add ice cubes to all ingredients.

Shake vigorously.

Strain the mixture into a coupe or martini glass using a fine strainer.

Garnish with coffee beans.

Note: You can choose to use Midi Blanco for a crisp and clean flavor, highlighting the espresso notes, or Midi Reposado for enhanced complexity with hints of vanilla and caramel from oak barrel aging.
