Paradiso

Ingredients

• 2 oz Midi Blanco
• 1 oz Yuzu syrup
• 3/4 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• Ice cubes

Instructions

In a shaker, add all ingredients.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Shake vigorously.

Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass using a fine strainer to remove ice and any undissolved egg white pieces.

Decorate your Paradiso with a flower or Yuzu zest.
