Ingredients

• 2 oz Midi Blanco
• 3/4 oz simple syrup
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
• Egg white
• Ice cubes
• Lemon zest (for garnish)

Instructions

In a shaker, add all ingredients and ice cubes.

Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix the ingredients and create a frothy texture due to the egg white.

Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass using a fine strainer to remove ice and any undissolved egg white pieces.

The texture of your Fresco should now be smooth and frothy thanks to the egg white.

Garnish your cocktail with a twist of lemon zest.

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Fresco.
